Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in booking a consultation or treatment at Kelly Winstanley Beauty. We are excited to welcome you to our salon. Please read our terms & conditions policy before proceeding to booking. If you are a new or an existing patient who would like a treatment plan or to start skincare at KW Beauty we advise booking a consultation. This also allows you the opportunity to discuss your desires, concerns and answer any questions you may have. To learn more about treatments, the clinic or our team visit our website www.kellywinstanleybeauty.com Booking Terms and Conditions: Contraindications to treatment: Most skin treatments are strictly over 18's (We do offer some skin treatments for under 18's accompanied by an adult, give us a call to discuss further) Pregnant or breastfeeding women (unless booking 'Beauty Sleep') Cold sores Wounds/sunburn Recent Surgery without post operative follow up - contact to discuss Dermal Fillers or Anti-Wrinkle Treatments placed within 4 weeks of your appointment Travelling aboard within 2 weeks* - please notify your practitioner Failing to comply with the above contradictions could result in no treatment being carried out and loss of deposit. All treatment appointments require a £20 booking deposit. Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment. KW Beauty has a STRICT 48-hour cancellation policy.
