Soluna was created from a passion for helping women feel stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in their own body — both physically and mentally.

I wanted to create more than just personal training.
A space that combines movement, recovery, confidence, and wellness in a way that feels supportive, balanced, and sustainable.

Through personal training, small group sessions, massage, and sculpt-focused treatments, my goal is to help women build confidence from the inside out 🤍

This is a space without pressure, comparison, or extremes.
Just support, structure, strength, and growth ✨
